Our sales engineers have the knowledge and experience to be recognized as professionals in the field.
Customers sometimes ask them for advice in planning and design new product and its manufacturing method, in fact.
They listen carefully to customer needs, and relay them to the manufacturers.
As a result, the manufacturers are able to offer them the perfect machine needed for their requirements.

In other words, we do much more than just wait for customers to call us.
By providing information on the latest global trends and technologies, we function as an engineering firm from the initial planning and design stages, proposing the most efficient and effective approaches simultaneously.

We form special teams for each piece of machinery.
As these lateral teams are formed across organizational and position lines, we refer to them as “cross-functional” teams.

The cross-functional team provides the most effective technical information required for machinery sales. Specialists receive sales training from the manufacturers and provide the team with the latest product information.
The sales engineer in charge of that customer feeds back customer requirements to the team so that the latest information is always shared among team members.

Technical service

Japanese machine tool manufacturers have, of course, established an excellent service stance, including assistance for machine breakdowns.
When Japanese customers consider importing machinery from overseas, this is one of the first points they consider.
CKB has established sales/service offices in seven major Japanese cities. We have branches close to our customers which enables us to resolve our customers’ worries by providing prompt service response equal to, or even better than, that provided by Japanese manufacturers.

Our technical staff is highly trained and has extensive experience in their relative fields.
We can handle most jobs in-house, including machinery installation, trial operation, repairs and overhauls.
For an overseas machinery manufacturer, this means there is no need to dispatch engineers to Japan for every breakdown.
Better yet, customers are assured to receive excellent technical support in the Japanese language!
