- 1953
- Founded Chiyoda Kikai Boeki K.K. in cooperation with ERUCO Johs. Kölln GmbH & CO. KG.
- 1954
- Delivered 20 sets of SCHAUDT grinders to Honda Motor Co.,Ltd. and much contributed to modernization and rationalization of the plants.
- 1955
- Participated in the first ever Tokyo International Machine Tool Fair
- 1961
- MASCHINENFABRIK LORENZ AG and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. concluded the license agreement on gear cutting machines through our intermediation.
- 1962
- Displayed “MFD”large-sized roll lathe,the largest one among the exhibits at the 1st Japan International Machine Tool Fair.
- 1963
- GILDEMEISTER AG and Hitachi Seiki Co.,Ltd. concluded the license agreement on multi-spindle automatics through our intermediation.
- 1973
- Celebrated the 20th anniversary of the company’s foundation. Set up Techno-Precision Inc. to handle the sales of precision equipment
- 1983
- Officially commended by the Prime Minister for our many years of service to Japanese import trade.
- 1991
- Changed the firm name to CKB Corporation. Officially Commended by the Minister of MITI for our distinguished services to Japanese import trade.
- 1995
- CKB Head Office moved to the present place.
- 2003
- Celebrated the 50th anniversary of the company’s foundation .
- 2006
- Merged with Techno-Precision Inc.
- 2008
- Merged ERUCO Johs. Kölln GmbH & Co.KG, and changed its name to CKB-ERUCO GmbH.
- 2013
- The 60th anniversary of the foundation.
- 2021
- Opened Shibuya Technical Office and Nagoya Technical Office
