Supplier Guideline
1. Respect for human rights
The Supplier shall respect human rights and shall not violate such rights by engaging in unlawful discriminatory treatment or harassment, etc. on the grounds of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, social status, gender, etc.
2. Prohibition of forced labor
The Supplier shall respect the free will of each employee and not carry out forced labor or human trafficking.
3. Prohibition of child labor
The Supplier shall not employ any person who is under the minimum labor age.
4. Working conditions
The Supplier shall comply with domestic and international laws and appropriately manage working hours, holidays, and leave of employees.
5. Fair wages
The Supplier shall comply with domestic and international laws regarding minimum wages, overtime hours, payroll deduction, benefits, etc.
6. Prohibition of discrimination
The Supplier shall not show discrimination in hiring.
7. Respect for freedom of association and collective bargaining
The Supplier shall respect the rights of employees to organize and bargain collectively or individually.
8. Prohibition of corruption and bribery
The Supplier shall comply with domestic and international laws and shall not engage in any form of corruption including bribery, graft or extortion.
9. Safe and healthy working environment
The Supplier shall place the highest priority on ensuring employee safety and a healthy working environment in order to prevent the occurrence of accidents and disasters.
10.Environmental consideration
In order to realize a sustainable society, the supplier shall consider the environment seek to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases, prevent environmental pollution of atmosphere, water, soil, etc., and manage resource conservation, waste reduction and chemical substances in compliance with domestic and international applicable laws, etc.
